Upon completion of the apprenticeship scheme, all employees are reviewed and have the opportunity to become a fully qualified technician or parts adviser within the company, increasing their career development opportunities to progress to either service or parts management, company demonstrators, technical sales or branch management. 80% of the Senior Management Team started with the company as apprentices.
Our 3 year apprenticeship programme working towards a Level 3 Diploma in Land-Based Engineering generally starts between June and August each year, subject to achieving satisfactory GCSE results in August (Grade C and above / Grade 4 and above in Maths, English and Science).
